Hello!
I am a PhD student in Economics at the University of Zürich under the supervision of professor Josef Zweimüller. I hold a MSc in Economics from Bocconi University (2015) and a BSc in Economics from Bocconi University (2012).
I am a labor economist, with interests in social security, migration, and their interaction with firms in the labor market. I have an expertise in working with large administrative datasets which are the core data source of my projects.
I am on the job market and available for interviews before, at or after the Virtual European Job Market 2020 and the ASSA 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting.
In my job-market paper, I study the consequences of a unique quasi-experiment where Italian firms are affected by an exogenous negative labor supply shock of migration outflows from Italy to Switzerland. You can read more here.
